What is your refund & rescheduling policy? 

 

All sales are final and no refunds are given.

 

If a scheduling conflict occurs after signing up, students can notify Eau Claire CPR Center in writing within 5 days of the originally scheduled class. Students may switch to another scheduled class of the same type with open seats. Rescheduling to a different class is limited to one time.

 

If you are required to be CPR certified by your employer, organization, school, etc. please carefully review any requirements regarding the type of CPR class they require. Refunds will not be given for enrolling the incorrect class. If you have questions, please contact us before registering.

Do I need to complete any "pre-work" before attending the in-person class? 

Yes, all of our community classes are considered "blended" classes. That means students are required to complete "pre-work" or online learning prior to the in-person skills session. Students who do not complete the required pre-work will not be able to participate in the in-person skills session.

What happens after I register?

You should receive an email from Eau Claire CPR Center confirming your enrollment into the class. Once we process your enrollment, generally within 24 hours of signing up on our website, you will receive an email from the American Red Cross with a link to complete the pre-work. ​

What class should I sign up for?

​Each person takes the class for different reasons. Some individuals are required by their employer, organization or school to be CPR certified. If so, you should check with your employer, organization, or school on what class is best.

 

Generally, we recommend the Adult and Pediatric First Aid & CPR/AED to parents, family members, and non medical professionals (construction workers, day care employees, coaches, etc.) Basic Life Support (BLS) is recommended for professionals employed in the healthcare field (CNAs, nurses, social workers, etc.). ​​​​​

What is your attendance & punctuality policy?

Students are required to be punctual and attend all hours of the class. Students more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to attend the class and will not be eligible for a refund. In addition, students who do not show up to the scheduled class will not receive a refund and will not be given the opportunity to reschedule at no cost.​​​​​

Do you offer classes on site for private groups, organizations or employers?
